Opinion of AHS

My opinion of Augusta Independent is that the faculty and staff here does a great job with what they have to work with, and have changed Augusta Schools drastically by bringing up our test scores in the years.  Me personally think that I'm not pushed hard enough to be prepared for college and wish I had more mentors.

About me

I am new to this blog thing, but my name is Colton Fraysure I'm a senior in highschool in Augusta Kentucky.  I plan to attend Northern Kentucky University and major in secondary education and become a history teacher after I graduate.  I also plan to minor in coaching basketball.  My favorite hobbies are playing basketball, baseball, golf, riding quads, and hanging out with friends.  I am a huge UK basketball fan and love to watch them play.  I am invovled in school clubs such as: FEA, Beta Club, Teens against tobacco use, GQ, and Gifted and Talented.

4 seed really?!

The Selection committee for the NCAA are complete jobbers and obviously dont know anything about the game of basketball. How in the H*** is UK a 4 seed after beating Florida twice this year, and Florida is a freakin 2 seed? The only answer for this is that they are haters!! and to top it all off thet put us in the same bracket as North Carolina and Ohio State!
